The Alaska Board of Game will hold a statewide meeting in Anchorage Nov. 10-17 to consider sweeping changes proposed in a variety of hunting regulations.

The proposed changes cover 79 pages but include proposals to change how and when Dall sheep can be taken, rules on hunting the same day as flying, and the option for residents to “guide”close relatives.

You can read the complete list of proposals at the link below.  Alaska allows anyone to submit regulation change proposals, for the Board to consider.  Changes which the Board approves become the framework, for the Department of Fish and Game to enforce and use in managing wildlife resources.
